Methods of payment
- Down payment of 30 % on signing the rental agreement
- Balance (70 %) payable one month before occupation
- Guarantee of 2000 € to be paid one month before occupation for stays of one week (in the case of a second week, this is included)
- Guarantee of 1500 € to be paid one month before occupation for short stays (2, 3, 4 nights)
- Fixed end of stay cleaning charge of 500 euros for stays of a week (second week included) and of 400 euros for short stays
- To be determined: charges for day-to-day housekeeping (preparation of meals) and/or additional cleaning and/or laundry and/or massage.
